California employers are paying significant settlements for wrongful termination, workplace harassment, unpaid wages, missed breaks, and retaliation.
Workers across retail, healthcare, hospitality, warehouses, offices, and other industries may qualify under California’s strong employee protection laws.
Higher compensation may be available for those experiencing continued job loss, emotional distress, retaliation, or repeated labor violations.
